Q: I don't know my ring size at all

A: 1/ Please print out the file from next page of “ Printable Ring size finder “, then make sure if the length of 2 inches is accurate first ( upper area )

then follow the instruction

For those who want to know exactly what size to order, but want to check the size more strictly and need our assists before placing an order

    2/ We can ship the plastic ring size checker for people replaced on orders first > How this works? Order through online or IG shop by selecting any size with

the plastic size checker in your cart * this way we can recognize you need the size checker first

replace your order > Message us right after you ordered including your order number w your first name / IG message or email > We’ll ship the size checker

asap and you’ll receive your tracking info

We are able to ship within 2-3 business days ( Chain rings , Knuckle rings) other chunky rings takes few more days after we received your finger size

Q: I wear a ring, but I don't know what size it is

A: See the attached chart you need to measure the diameter ( inner ) of your ring size to figure out 

Q:The ring I want to buy is on a finger whose size I don't know, so I need to know its size. e.g: pinky size

A: See the attached in the next page and to cut out the measuring tape to measure your ring size

Q: The ring I want to buy is not sold online in my size

Example: size 3, size 13, etc.

A: Please contact us because we’ll be able to work on most sizes also ( usually not in stock ) so we’ll clarify the prices and lead time and be able to purchase through email or IG message 

We have been selling all types of chainrings since 2017 at our physical shop in Manhattan, we know how to make them true to your size and many of them just want to leave it on as permanent jewelry so we’ll work on considering them to be fit and stay well so please do not include your ideas of selecting smaller or bigger sizes than your actual size. 

Q:I would like to request a consultation to determine my exact size based on the characteristics of my hand

e.g.: I have soft, plump fingers with small joints.

I have thin fingers but large joints.

My finger size changes easily with the seasons and weather, what to do?

A: We may request your finger size and an image of your hand including the finger and let you know how we will work on your ring size

Large link Chainrings: You may wonder how we work on sizing in production

We’ll adjust a link or a few links almost unrecognizable way if it's necessary depending on the size of a type of chain.   

For a more precise fit, we recommend that you order a ring in your actual size. Ordering a ring that is too small or too large may result in tightness or discomfort, depending on the style of the ring. Please note that each ring style fits differently - some may fit larger and others may fit smaller. We understand this fully and offer our rings accordingly.
